Team Lead
On-Call / Seasonal / Contract • $28–$42/hr, depending on assignment, experience, and certifications
All Hazards Response is seeking Team Leads to supervise personnel assigned to incidents, events, field medical operations, remote support missions, and operational deployments.
Team Leads are responsible for supporting mission execution, accountability, safety, communication, documentation, and coordination with company leadership, event organizers, partner agencies, or incident command staff. This role requires good judgment, calm leadership, clear communication, and the ability to keep teams organized in dynamic environments.
Typical responsibilities may include shift briefings, task assignments, personnel accountability, field problem solving, safety oversight, documentation review, client coordination, and end-of-shift reporting.
Certifications
- Required: CPR-BLS
- Preferred: ICS 100, ICS 200, ICS 700, ICS 800 required or preferred. EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, wildland, rescue, or event operations experience strongly preferred.
