Field Operations Technician
Full-Time • $28–$45/hr + OT
Overview
All-Hazards Response is seeking Field Operations Technicians to join our deployable response team. Members of this position support incident operations, logistics, and safety across a variety of missions—from remote medical standby to post-disaster recovery.
Responsibilities
- Assist with incident setup and demobilization (Base Camp, Staging, or ICP).
- Operate light vehicles, UTVs, and mobile equipment under supervision.
- Support rescue, medical, and logistical teams in field operations.
- Maintain assigned tools, PPE, and readiness gear.
- Participate in team training, drills, and readiness reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current EMT (NREMT or state) certification.
- FEMA ICS-100, 200, 700, 800 completed.
- Valid driver’s license; insurable driving record.
- Ability to travel on short notice and deploy for up to 14 days.
Preferred Qualifications
- Rope, Water, or Confined Space Rescue certification.
- Wildland FFT2 (S-130/190) or similar field experience.
- sUAS Part 107 or technical mapping experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- $28–$45/hr depending on qualifications.
- Overtime and per-diem for deployments.
